The Pittsburg Visible Typewriter, originally manufactured by the Daugherty Typewriter Co. of Kittanning, PA
and sold under under the name Daugherty. The Pittsburgh - Daugherty design is generally considered one of the first visible writing machines. The model shown above is the Number 10.
